Product Description

The smoker has the functions of cooking, drying, smoking, and coloring. It can steam, cook and smoke all kinds of dried tofu, sausage, ham sausage, dry sausage, sausage, barbecue and various chicken, duck and fish products. Easy to operate, convenient and reliable.

1. Structural features:
The smoker is mainly composed of a furnace body, a heating system, a circulating air system, and an electric control system.
1. Furnace body: All internal components and outer walls of the furnace body are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. Hang the product on the trailer, send it into the furnace, close the furnace door, and then proceed to cooking and other processing according to the set process parameters.
2. Cooking part: The furnace body is designed with an automatic steam generation system to directly heat the products in the furnace. The output of steam can be adjusted according to different products. The pressure inside the box is not allowed to exceed 0.08Mpa.
3. Circulating air system: A two-speed electric fan is installed on the top of the smoker body. The high power and large air volume ensure the temperature rise in the furnace, make the temperature uniform everywhere, and ensure the quality of the product is stable and reliable.
4. Smoke generation system: The upper part is a sawdust box, and the reducer drives the stirring mechanism. The sawdust is periodically sent to the electric heater on the lower smoking stove plate. It is controlled by the smoke switch button on the electric control box. The sawdust is heated slowly. It burns and produces smoke, which is sucked into the host machine by the fan to smoke cooked food.

(4) Equipped with a high-pressure pipeline pump to clean dirt in the coil and flue pipe, and equipped with nozzles at various angles in the coil and flue.
